As a key member of our weekend operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using RF scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet strict deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately for all daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) are a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
