Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely to load and unload trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets shipping regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license may be required for some driving duties.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting inventory and weighing packages.
