Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-10 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Team player with proactive problem-solving skills
