Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to meet compliance standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations and workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime when required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license may be required for driving duties.
