Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory management and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Assist with quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
