Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend workflow and meet targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
