Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Operate heavy warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stockroom organization to optimize warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and availability for overtime when required.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift; ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow detailed operational instructions.
