Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory rotation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Document any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
