Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within temperature-controlled environments.
- Inspect and organize inventory in freezers and refrigerated units.
- Monitor storage logs to ensure temperature standards are maintained.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in extreme cold temperatures (below freezing).
- Strong physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred but not required.
