Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, and trucks with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (forklift license) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
