Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow
- Load/unload trucks and prepare shipments for transport
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training
- Valid driver's license (Class D or higher)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
