Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using the latest warehouse management systems.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be provided at interview).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and reporting.
