Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Verify inventory counts and document material movements in warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Operate warehouse technology including barcode scanners and inventory software
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
