Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and maintain high productivity targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) with moderate physical exertion.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shifts, including potential overtime.
