Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in our state-of-the-art distribution center
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory management
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse system operations
