Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident workplace
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma; bachelor's preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
