Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and ship orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, labelers, etc.) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
