Responsibilities
- Pack items accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
