Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from loading docks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly productivity goals.
- Report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and inventory software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
