Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and scanning device literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to Houston facility
- Positive attitude with team collaboration skills
