Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Prepare items for shipment by packing, labeling, and applying appropriate shipping materials.
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are dispatched on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
