Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas with precision
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and cycle counting operations
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
