Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Verify product codes and quantities to maintain 99.9% order accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) following OSHA standards
- Package items securely to prevent transit damage using proper materials
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as scheduled
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to our San Francisco facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
