Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Maintain clean and safe work environment through proper housekeeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
