Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Package and label products with precision and care
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S principles
- Participate in cross-training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
