Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory counts and documentation against shipping manifests
- Maintain organized stacking and efficient warehouse layout
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including weekend/holiday availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
