Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and crates using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts during processing.
- Package and label items according to shipping standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
