Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Willingness to undergo paid equipment training
- Reliable transportation to the I-10 West location
- No prior experience required – we train on the job!
