Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in climate-controlled environment
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Train on new technologies and processes as operations evolve
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish language skills a plus for diverse team environment
