Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock counts
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S operational standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound shipments
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
