Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Analyze emerging trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for future-impact projects
- Mentor junior futurists through our 2026 Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
