Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 Technology Horizon Roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Pods' to prototype quantum-encrypted AI systems and climate-positive tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and sovereign innovation funds
- Deliver quarterly '2026 State of the Future' briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Architect ethical frameworks for neuro-interfaces and autonomous decision matrices
- Secure $50M+ in future-focused grants through DARPA and Horizon Europe programs
- Mentor next-generation futurists via our '2026 Visionary Fellowship' initiative
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in causal inference models and long-range trend forecasting
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Swahili)
- Portfolio demonstrating three+ paradigm-shifting innovations deployed at scale
