Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patented innovation pipelines
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $2B+ investment decisions
- Build global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of biotech, quantum, and AI convergence points
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on market disruption
