Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native architectures using microservices and serverless technologies.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to solve complex business challenges.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to industry security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
