Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and social trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven risk assessments
- Lead cross-functional strategy workshops translating foresight into actionable plans
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Advise R&D on future-proofing technology portfolios
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
