Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive innovations through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact research reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy preferred
