Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and prediction
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with cross-cultural stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
