Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate adaptation sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for Fortune 100 partners
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Manage $50M innovation fund allocation for 2026-vetted startups
- Present at Davos, CES, and Global Tech Summits as company futurist
- Mentor PhD fellows in future studies at our affiliated research institute
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research on 2026+ technology implications (Nature/Science journals)
- Portfolio of implemented strategic roadmaps adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, or climate tech trajectories
- Fluency in at least two future forecasting software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
