Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy by analyzing emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent-worthy frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with data-driven projections
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Quantify market opportunities for breakthrough technologies using predictive analytics
- Drive ethical innovation governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projections
- Experience with agile and waterfall hybrid methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
