- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Published thought leadership on technology's impact on 2025+ labor markets
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI development trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
