Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Model Expertise: Proven track record of developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
