Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026-2030 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Anticipate geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- QuantumLeap's annual Tech Impact Report author and keynote presenter
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech disruption
