Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architectures for AGI and Quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-generation algorithms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices for future-proof software development.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, latency optimization, and high availability for critical infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor senior engineers in advanced architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations or greenfield projects.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
