Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models tailored for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Integrate quantum computing protocols with classical AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to define the technical roadmap.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployed solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and high-performance computing.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for quantum algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
