Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) optimized for the demands of 2026, including edge computing and AI integration.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Strategy: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business processes.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including Web3 and advanced robotics.
- System Optimization: Enhance system performance, security, and sustainability to meet future regulatory and environmental standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in adopting cutting-edge best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable insights for C-level executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or systems design with a focus on emerging tech.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
