Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Publish thought leadership in industry-leading publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Track record of implementing future-focused strategies in enterprise environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
