- Identify emerging trends through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Foster startup partnerships and venture scouting for disruptive acquisitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neuromorphic systems
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic credential
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing R&D teams of 15+ professionals
