Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, generative AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography)
- Design scalable architectures for next-gen human-computer interfaces and immersive experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technological innovations with business objectives
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making processes
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in technology forecasting and strategic planning
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and responsible AI development
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology innovation initiatives
