Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero latency.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, focusing on efficiency, safety, and interpretability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Optimization Strategy: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure real-time responsiveness and high accuracy.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting advanced technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of inventing new algorithms or significantly improving existing ones in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
