Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, prioritizing quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies with 3-year market viability
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and synthesize insights into actionable strategic plans
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of next-gen technologies across business units
- Champion a culture of experimental learning and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated success in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems, or sustainable tech
- Portfolio of launched innovations with measurable market impact
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT SDE)
